Meditations for creating a Balanced flow of Prana
 

TRACK 1

A meditative practice which can be done sitting or lying. We develop awareness of the 14 major flows of vital energy (prana). As awareness travels along these pathways (nadis) we clear a path for a better balance of prana throughout and benefit through improved health and pain management.

Prior knowledge of the spinal passage and frontal passage and the 12 major meridian pathways (as per Traditional Chinese Medicine) will assist in a deeper experience of the practice.

TRACK 2

Awareness moves through the pranic fields and flows to purify and heal.
