I will teach yoga practices in the Satyananda tradition wherever possible, and will indicate when teaching outside of that tradition. Each class will last 90 minutes and will start on time whenever possible.
If for any reason I am unable to attend the classes I will give as much notice as possible by e-mail more than 24 hours before the class is due. If there is a last-minute inability, then enjoy the class without me! In both circumstances I will credit you with one class wherever possible.
What I expected from you as the student
Please be ready for your class and dial in five minutes before we are due to begin. Announce your name on arrival, and let me know of any change in your needs or ability to practice. If this is more of a private nature then please e-mail me these changes at least 24 hours prior to the class.
If you are late arriving for the class, or drop out and have to rejoin, then please indicate your presence in the class as it finishes.
During the Yoga Nidra and meditation practices I will mute all the lines, so if you need to speak to me (urgent need only like you can't hear me any more!) you will need to "unmute" first.
Please let me know between practices if you are having any technical difficulties like volume, echoes or noise on the line. In the event that there is a lot of noise on the lines I may ask you to mute your line or I will mute them all. I will let you know if I do this.
Payments for classes can be made by Internet banking or via PayPal (let me know and I will send further details). Refunds and transfers are not normally allowed. I will give consideration to exceptional circumstances.
Changes to the world clock
Presently these time changes seem to occur at the end of March and end of October. If you have a clock change at other times than these please let me know.
